The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more, according to most experts. For most people, this means they’ll lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week. In addition, this weight has a tendency to stay off as opposed to the fast weight loss diets. It should also be noted that there are also other factors that can contribute to how much you lose. Heavier people will have an easier time losing weight than people who are already pretty thin.
There are other ways to lose an extreme amount of weight without putting your health at risk. But before you start a diet that’s so extreme, it’s important to talk to a doctor or dietitian and work with them throughout the diet to make sure your losing large amounts of weight safely.
